Fair Use Policy
Avea uses these marks and brand names to display and promote
the products we distribute. We consider this fair use and
the same test will be applied against our resellers use of
the marks. Should a supplier not approve of the way in which
a mark is displayed, a reseller will be requested to amend
or remove the mark from printed materials and/or the
internet.
Infringements
Avea will not
pursue Trademark or Copyright infringement on behalf of our
brands. We will however bring any infringements to the
notice of our suppliers and manufacturers. |
